The Moonlight Fine Dining standard guarantees to serve you only the freshest and best local and imported produce. The interior has exquisite plush drapes, that complements the old dark timber surrounds, all furnishings are a smart leather and there is always some freshly cut flowers decorating the tables. The tables are set–up with a high–quality cutlery and finest porcelain to serve along with your food. Even the glassware is meticulously selected with consideration that the depth can bring out the best flavour of the wines.
The restaurant’s great collection of vintage wine is growing continuously and also includes some of the hardest vintages to find in Thailand. They have five tables in total and a private dining room ideal for two or three persons, for those who want a bit more privacy. The 5–star restaurant has an extensive menu carefully selected from the best of international cuisines. Starting from the appetizers, soup, main courses, gourmet special dishes, salads, desserts and vintage wines. All the ingredients are high–quality and some are imported to give you a high standard of dish on your fine dining experience, so prices tend to be a little higher than your average restaurants.
Appetizer options include: seared sea scallops & caviar, slow roasted duck breast, seared foie gras & fruit compote, fresh oyster from France. Fresh oysters are subject to the availability because they are delivered on a Thursday only.
There is much to choose from the extensive main dishes like Canadian lobster thermidor, beef cheeks alla gremolata, parma ham wrapped pork tenderloin, slow braise lamb shanks, tournedo rossini.
For those who prefer the grilled menu, be aware portion sizes and the steaks are large. All Australian beef dishes are grain–fed including: t-bones, striploins, rib eyes, tomahawks (good for 2 people), lamb chops and also giant tiger prawns.
If you fancy a dessert, then expect the fine-dining experience to continue. it is still 5–star all the way from classic Japanese strawberry cheesecakes, tiramisu, chocolate profiteroles, chocolate lava and a variety deluxe ice cream selections.

Moonlight Fine Dining restaurant is situated in Condominium 7 of View Talay near Jomtien Beach Rd through Thappraya Rd. It has an access to the parking of the building so going there by your car wouldn’t be a problem. Once you arrive at the building, walk towards the main entrance until the end of the hallway. By then, you will see on your left, a swimming pool and on the corner, the Moonlight restaurant.
For those who are just visiting, they also offer a transportation arrangement from pickup to hotel and back for only 200 THB. It is highly recommended especially if it will be your first time to go to Moonlight restaurant, better to take their transport service so that you will be seated in time for dinner and back to your hotel in comfort. If you decide to take their transportation service, make sure to arrange your booking at least 3 hours in advance prior to your fine dining experience.
