Ticino focuses on regional specialities of Italy, that used authentic Italian ingredients and techniques in all their dishes.
For those that love Italian food it is normally because they love the regional variations that make the cuisine so interesting. Of course there are favourites around the world like pizza and meatball spaghetti, but Italian cuisine has far greater depth than this.

Ticino offers some succulent steaks, beef Stroganoff, beef fondue, lamb chops, lamb shanks, veal ossobuco and Saltimbocca Romana.
